I have owned many cycles beginning with a minibike at age 12 and progressing through the Japanese manufactured bikes to Harley Davidson.
I attend numerous bike rallies throughout the year lecturing on current events and current legal issues. I have drafted numerous legislative proposals including the helmet abolition bill.
PERSONAL
I am the proud father of two children, a daughter, Avalyn Felicia and a son, A. Thomas Monceret III. I am also the proud grandfather of three grandchildren.
I reside near the Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain Exit on I-40 in Knoxville, Tennessee on a small horse farm.
